Copyright Violation and/or Misuse?
I have a serious stance against plagiarism. Whenever I find a site scraping my RSS feeds or republishing my posts illegally I'll file formal complaints at various agencies like Google, the site's advertisers, DMCA department of the scraper site's web hosting company and so on. Usually I don't rest until the scraper stops stealing my content or is de-listed from search engines.
Play it fair guys :).
